- During a mental health crisis

- Any patients able to consent admitted at the ER of Louis Lafontaine Hospital and patients (Emergency group) and patients with follow-up for mental health at the IUSMM outpatient clinic, that had sufficient mental capacities to allow informed consent, and that they were legally able to consent for themselves (Longitudinal group).
