British Columbia Generations Project
The British Columbia Generations Project (BCGP) is British Columbia's (Canada) largest, prospective, population-based cohort, health research databank and biobank. It aims at better understanding the effects of environmental exposures, lifestyle, and genetics on chronic diseases such as cancer.

After baseline assessment, participants were first followed-up in 2016-2017. Data linkage from BC Cancer registry is received annually for participants who consent to it. BCGP participants will continue to be followed periodically for up to 50 years, depending on funding.
