Admission, Discharge and Transfer - Manitoba
The Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) provides a record of all admissions, discharges, and transfers for all acute care facilities in Manitoba. This includes data on Emergency Department (ED) patients, inpatients, outpatients, residents, and day and night care in Manitoba. ADT stores data associated with patients' status and location and tracks their stays from first entry to hospital discharge.
