Supplementary Information
This study builds upon a prior study of the sequelae of child maltreatment during the early school-age years, which included two waves of data collection (participants were 7-9 and 10-12). In this study, the participants are followed prospectively and assessed at two periods (when participants are 13-15 and 15-18).

The population is composed of non-maltreated individuals aged 7 to 9 years old at the time of recruitment and who are demographically matched to the maltreated group.
